Recall is a brain fitness check-in, not a medical test. Each day you run three short rounds — visual memory, speed, and delayed recall — and the app tracks how you change over weeks and months against your own baseline.
The number that matters isn't today's score; it's the direction over time. Scores also rise for the first few sessions purely from learning the interface, so early runs are marked as warm-ups.
Recall does not screen for or diagnose any condition. If you're worried about your memory or attention, talk to your doctor.
